Anne P. Munch, esq.

         
     Anne attended the University of Denver for her undergraduate and graduate studies and received a BA in psychology and sociology, and then her law degree. She spent the next seven years as a Deputy DA in the Denver District Attorney’s office where she specialized in domestic violence and sexual assault cases. She was then hired as the Chief Deputy District Attorney for the 7th Judicial District and covered three rural counties in southwestern Colorado. Anne then worked as the director of the San Miguel Resource Center, a domestic violence and sexual assault program the Telluride, Colorado. She has worked for the Colorado District Attorney’s Council since February 1996 and is the director of the Ending Violence Against Women project, a state wide multi-disciplinary training and technical assistance project. Anne conducts trainings and presents at conferences around the country, including in more than 30 local Colorado communities. She has presented for such organizations as the National College of District Attorneys, the National Judicial Education Project, and the National Center for Women in Policing.
