Sgt. Anne O'Dell, Ret. SDPD

Anne O'Dell worked for the San Diego
Police Department for 20 years. During her last 6 years, she
specialized in Domestic Violence and Stalking. She was a pioneer
in developing methods of investigating domestic violence crimes.
Currently, Ms. O'Dell is the Training Director for STOPDV, Inc.,
and has trained criminal justice, judicial and medical
professionals in the United States and abroad. Ms. O'Dell is the
author of the San Diego Police Department's preliminary
Investigations Manual and she produced the "Specialized
Training on Preventing Domestic Violence" videotapes and
"Til Death Do Us Part; The Domestic Violence Stalker"
training videotape.
